The fibres used in RE·NIM come from old jeans, which have been shredded and the spun again. The different colours are created by sorting the fibres from the different coloured denim, before spinning. The yarn hasn’t been redyed.
The content of RE·NIM is 95 % cotton and 5 % other, because fabric used for jeans is rarely pure cotton, often spandex or polyester or the like is added for increased comfort.
RE·NIM is a soft all-round cotton yarn, which holds up the shape and doesn’t turn stiff when washed. RE·NIM comes in 11 colours.
