It is time for me to start preparing for my upcoming trip to the US. I will be doing lectures, workshops and trunk shows. Here is a list of this US-trip’s events:
First of I’ll be teaching at the Friends and Fiberworks winter retreat in Asheville, NC. It is on January 18th to 20th.

After the retreat I have a couple of shop visits.
On Monday, January 21st, at The Twisted Knitter, at 117 West Clay Street, Mebane, NC, I’ll be teaching the ‘Design Your Own Beautiful Triangle Shawl’ workshop. It’s between 6PM and 9PM. There is a limited space, so you need to call Kim to register, the phone number is 919 – 563 – 2468
If you can’t come to the class, but will be in the area you are welcome to stop by as I’ll also be bringing my patterns with samples for you to see.
On Friday, January 25th, at DownTown Knits at 122 N Salem St., Apex, NC. It’s the Knit Night, so feel free to bring WIP’s on your needles and hang out for the evening. I’ll be doing a lecture on the Scandinavian knitting traditions as well as having a trunk show with samples and patterns. It’s between 6:30 PM and 9 PM. The event is free, and refreshments will be provided. Esther Rodgers of Jazzturtle Creations will be coming along as well, bringing some of her yarn and fiber.
I hope to meet a lot of nice and interesting people on my NC tour in January. I am so excited, I almost can’t wait…
